We discuss and give feedback to one of our Phd Students Thesis Proposal entitled -“Burnout syndrome and Social Networks” by María Camila Umaña, with Eric Quintane (and Viviola Gómez).

In her project, María Camila aims to study the relations between the patterns of interdependence, social support and incivility networks and the developmental process of burnout syndrome: a chronic form of stress related to work. Methodological and design aspects of the project were discussed and feedback for the proposal was given by various members of the group.
